Nous recherchons un ingénieur de support technique en développement commercial dynamique et techniquement compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe en Afrique du Nord. Le candidat idéal combinera une expertise technique à un sens aigu des affaires pour stimuler la croissance de nos solutions de test de matériaux dans la région.   • Éducation : Baccalauréat en ingénierie (de préférence en génie mécanique, électrique ou des matériaux) ou dans un domaine technique connexe.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en vente technique, en développement des affaires ou en soutien technique, de préférence dans le secteur des essais de matériaux ou des équipements industriels.
  • Compétences techniques : Excellente connaissance des équipements et des applications d'essai des matériaux. Une connaissance des produits Instron est fortement souhaitée.
  • Compétences en communication : Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, avec la capacité d'expliquer des concepts techniques complexes à un public non technique.
  • Compétences en vente : Expérience avérée en vente et en développement commercial, avec la capacité d'établir et d'entretenir des relations avec les clients.
  • Résolution de problèmes : Solides compétences d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche proactive pour identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients.

  • Business Development:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch after-sales services, technical support, and application assistance. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our customers' testing machines, resolving technical issues, and helping clients optimize the use of their testing systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering preferred) or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical support, field service engineering, or application support, preferably in the materials testing or industrial equipment sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of materials testing equipment and applications. Familiarity with Instron products and their software is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.

  • After-Sales Services:
